Marigold Therapy

Gentle, Safe, Painless, Non-Invasive & Effective

W

Marigold Therapy is an integral part of Homeopathic Podiatry; it has been researched and developed since the 1980s by the late Dr. M. Taufiq Khan and is now being led by his son, Dr. M. Tariq Khan.

This discovery resulted in the development of Marigold Therapy and its unique range of medication. Due to its anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, keralytic and analgesic activities, Marigold Therapy has been found to be suitable for the treatment of many conditions of the foot: verrucaes, skin( cracked heels, eczema), bones (inflammation of bunions, sprained/strained tendons) and nails (fungal).

With the high success treatment rate, Marigold Therapy encourages people to take a positive interest in maintaining foot health.

Marigold Therapy is a gentle, safe, painless, non-invasive, effective topical treatment of many conditions of the foot and has been found to be suitable for people of all ages including children.

Marigold products are prepared in the form of pastes, tinctures, oils, ointments and cream under patent 2000 specification and Medicines Control Agency Licence ML/9412/01. Within the Guiseley clinic, Marigold Therapy is specifically focused on patients with verrucaes (verruca pedis), painful corns and callosities. Verrucaes are found to be one of the most stubborn and difficult conditions to treat for a podiatrist. It is a beneficial alternative therapy which may be of benefit to those individuals who do not respond to other conventional treatments.

In 2010, Tania Chew completed training in Marigold Therapy (founder Dr M.T. Khan) with ‘THE MARIGOLD TRUST” which is an accredited/approved course of The Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists.  This means that Tania Chew is able to practice Marigold Therapy in conjunction with Podiatry (in the treatment of foot disorders).  PLEASE NOTE THAT MARIGOLD PRODUCTS ARE USED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF TREATMENT ONLY and that every patient will be assessed prior to any treatment – working to the manual and teachings by ‘The Marigold Trust’.
